Aileen graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business in 1991. Thereafter, she completed legal studies and received a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Miami. Aileen assists in the Patent and Trademark departments by calendaring appointments, corresponding with clients once their searches are complete and maintaining the electronic files. She also assists with general accounting, administration and reception work.

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
