Vicky is the Patent Department Director at Albert Bordas, P.A. She has an Engineering degree from Matanzas University in Cuba, and has completed paralegal and business courses. Since 1998, Vicky has worked in the field of intellectual property, concentrating on patent-related matters. Vicky oversees all US and Foreign patent-related administrative matters including docketing, patent application filings, drawings, Office Actions, Assignments, Amendments and Responses, Appeals, Reexaminations, Issue Fee payments, and Maintenance Fees.

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
